In setting to the task of farming, the Osmunds sought to stay on a mission of sustainable farming, a way of farming and living that emphasizes responsible stewardship of our resources. The Osmunds also raise their animals in ways that nurture and respect nature’s systems. The Cedar Valley Farm operates on a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) business model, and makes area deliveries at The Blue Moon CoffeeHouse on the second Satruday of every month.
